Will this make my team look bad?: No. The patterns we find are the same across nearly every Azure environment. Defaults that aren’t optimised, services kept on for caution, retention set when storage was cheaper. We frame the report as opportunities, not gaps. Most of our customers share it directly with their finance team and use it to back budget asks.
Who sees the report?: Only you, until you decide to share it. We don’t post case studies without permission and we don’t share customer names with prospects. Your scan, your data, your call.
Is it safe?: Read-only access via Microsoft Entra ID. We can see cost and resource metadata, nothing else. No write access. Revoke at any time from your Azure portal. AI analysis runs on redacted data only: cost figures, resource types, Advisor recommendations. No tenant names, no resource names, no identifiers.
What do you see?: Cost data, resource counts and types, Azure Advisor recommendations. We do not read VM disks, database contents, or directory data.
How does the analysis work?: We pull cost data and Advisor recommendations via Microsoft’s APIs and run them through our analysis. Your dashboard updates within 24 hours.
